CAPACITY: Clip 'n Climb can accommodate up to 30 students in each one hour session in the Clip 'n Climb arena.
As Clip 'n Climb is located within the Quay climbing centre in Exeter we are able to offer programmes that make use of both the Clip 'n Climb arena and the traditional indoor climbing area.

birthday parties at Clip n’ Climb
Ideas for children’s birthday party is always a tricky one. Clip ’n Climb has the answer with good healthy fun and lots of exciting climbing challenges, providing the perfect environment for your child on their special day.
We ask that you provide at least 1
adult to 5 children to assist our staff with the supervision of your
super-excited kids. Adults
involved may be asked to check attachment points of children throughout the session before each climb.
Session - Clip ’n Climb sessions last for 1 hour 30 minutes which includes the safety briefing and harness fitting. Sessions within the Clip 'n Climb arena start on the hour every hour. Please ensure you arrive in good time for your safety briefing.
Clothing - Loose comfortable clothing and closed toe shoes must be worn (sandals or open toe shoes are unsuitable for climbing).
Birthday Person - The birthday person will get a Free Leap Of Faith included in their package.
Climb and Party Package:
- Climbing session Clip 'n Climb (1hr) plus a FREE Leap of Faith for the Birthday Person.
- Use of our party room for your celebration (30 minutes, £25 hire charge applies).
- Traditional hot and cold party food and unlimited squash.
- Just remember to bring your own cake.
Birthday Party Invitations - We have created a Birthday Party Invitation for you to download and print out on your printer. They contain all the essential information together with a map of the location.

fundraising at Clip ‘n Climb
Who Can Get Involved? The Clip n Climb Exeter Fundraising Programme is designed to assist schools and not-for-profit organisations with their fundraising efforts. Applications from individuals will also be considered, provided the funds are to be used for a suitable purpose, eg. Travel to a sports or cultural event.
How The Programme Works The fundraiser books an exclusive evening at Clip n Climb Exeter (3 x 1 hour sessions). You sell 90 tickets for the evening sessions at £10, that's a total of £900. You guarantee Clip n Climb Exeter £450 and your group keeps the remaining £450 for your project.
When Is It Available? Sessions are available Mon – Thu 12-10pm.
How You Apply to Take Part Complete an Application Form, return it to Clip n Climb Exeter and we will get back to you within a week.

What Clip n Climb Exeter Provides To Assist Ticket Sales. We will provide you with tickets (see the photographs above) with the date of the event and session times. There are different tickets for each session.
